Position Description

Now Hiring: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Private Duty Nursing (1:1 Care)

Location: Marina, CA | Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | Pay: $40-$45/hr

Ro Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their homes. This is your opportunity to work closely with a single patient, allowing for deeper connections, better outcomes, and a more rewarding nursing experience.

Position Details

  • Location: Marina, CA
  • Specialty: Private Duty Nursing (PDN)
  • Schedule: Saturday and Sundays, 9am to 5pm
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Pay: $40-$45 per hour
  • License Required: LVN or RN (active California license)

Minimum Requirements

  • Active California LVN or RN license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or private duty nursing)

Training & Clinical Support

  • Hands-on training provided in:
  • Tracheostomy & ventilator care, G-tube feeding, seizure & pain management, diabetic care, catheterization, and more
  • Paid continuing education opportunities
  • 24/7 clinical support — never speak to a call center
