Position Overview

Leads multidisciplinary groups in designing and implementing innovative evidenced based practice that address system problems or patient care issues. Adheres to hospital polices, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws/regulations and codes to promote a quality, highly reliable patient experience. Engages in continuous growth and development in professional advanced nursing practice.

Education

Job Description:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Master's: nursing or equivalent education/experience

Certification & Licensure

RN-Registered Nurse of California

CNS-Clinical Nurse Specialist

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

Typical Experience

5 years recent relevant experience.

Pay Range is $91,915.20 to $133,276.00 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
